The Clematis vine at the back corner of my house is most striking when the morning ray casts shadows of it own structure on it's petals.

Hi Bernie,
nice macro, good natural lighting... If you don't mind me saying, for presentation purposes it may be better to use a different crop/framing (don't cut out the lower petal) and apply a white border (increase canvas size by 10px). Keep up the good work and keep posting!
