The dove is a bird in the Columbidae family. A pure white member of this species, is used as a symbol of innocence, gentleness, tenderness, and peace. All the family members were allowed to pet the dove before its release, which symbolized freeing the spirit.
Thank you again, my TL friends, for all your kinds words.

Not an easy task, editing out the background in a shot like this - you've done fairly well.
Do you use Photoshop or some other software?
The edges are probably a little too soft in my opinion - but then, the opposite, when edges are too harsh and look 'chopped,' is even worse!
Could probably be a little sharper - I don't know if that's a case of needing a touch of sharpening after the resize, or if it's a result of the slow shutter?

Hi Dennis,
What a lovely shot vith excellent composition.TFS.
Cheers,

Dennis, I question why the long exposure of 30 seconds? Was that necessary, even with the f/25 stop? That certainly explains why it is not as sharp as it should be. If this was available light, maybe f/5.6 would have worked as well. Or a bounce flash and higher f/stop. Great image, overall.
After second guessing myself, was this actually a 30 second exposure??? Please explain. Thanks, Joe
