[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This photo was made near the Missouri River in downtown Kansas City, Missouri. It wasn't a good sky for photography, so I did some "pp" to make it dark and moody. Increased contrast, used Render filter in PS to enhance light around the lamp, placed a border.
