taken at st louis zoo.. i really thought this was a pretty picture but i don't quite know how to edit the background to get the effect i wanted and this was about as good as i could get it.. just emphasized the butterfly and flower and desaturated the leafy material.

Hi!
Beautiful colors of the butterfly! Good shot.

Salut Heather
I like the composition here, and your framing adds a sense of mystery. Colours of the flower and butterfly are strong.
Good work

Hello Heather,
Nice composition.

Cool looking flower and butterfly. Seems a bit faded though. I personally have been staying away from framing a picture as the color and look of a frame is subject to personal oppinions. I think this picture would have looked just as good without the white framing. Another thing I might have tried, was cropping the picture so that the butterfly was in the center. Just a couple of suggestions. Nice work.
