st louis' capital building
i was standing in front of the arch when i took this photo.
straightened it a little, added a radial blur, sharpened, thats about it. still believe it needed something else but i couldn't figure out what it was.. can you? i first thought a border, but none of the ones i tried enhanced the photo. anyway thanks for viewing

Hello Heather,
This is a very good POV you had for this and I like this compo. I don't know what is wrong with it but there is something... Seems that there is noise but it’ll be surprising as you used ISO 100. I never used radial blur; honestly, I don’t know yet what it does :) I'll try something in the WS and if I succeed, I will post it. Well done anyway ;)
