[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
The City of St. Louis Missouri sponsors A concert series that starts on the 4th of July during Fair St. Louis. Then every Friday and Saturday night thru the first week in August, they have concerts on the grounds of the Gateway Arch. The best part is the massive fireworks after every concert. The fireworks are shot off of a barge in the Mississippi River.
For a perspective, the Gateway Arch is 630 feet tall.

This photo was taken from the Eades Bridge on the Illinois side of the river. Shot off of a tripod using a cable release. 6 second exposure at f11. 100 ISO 16mm focal length.

The fireworks and the Gateway Arch balance each other out nicely here. You've caught the firewoks spot on there Scott, well done

Stunning shot Scott, you have captured the fireworks spot on, I would say.

The surrounding city adds to the beauty of the photo. I like also how you have caught the fall out of the smoke from the fireworks.

A classic I would say if not the St. Louis Gateway Arch is visible and a fine 'bonus' in this picture is. The fireworks are excellent captured great timing, not to long not to short shutter speed. Perfect my friend a joy for the eye!

I like this view of the arch and the fireworks.
It brings back some good memories!
I think the reflection of the fireworks on the Gateway Arch is nice here. The f/11 gave you some great detail and left it nice and sharp.

Amazing depth in this shot and how beautifully and timely the fireworks are captured with so many details...this is one difficult task i believe :O
The faded outline of the city of St. Louis including the magnificient bridge on the left and gateway arch on the right makes it a very impressive visual and one can simply imagine the width and scale of this photo!
