I liked the way the sun provided backlight for the petunias.
PP cloned out a car in the background, USM & saved for web.

What a great sight to start the day!
Some petals seem almost transparent.
Beautiful soft colors. I also like the light earth tone pathway on the right.

Oh, I feel like I'm there! You're right - this is very unusual lighting, and I like the way it comes up through the center of the petunia. This might have looked nice cropped just to the left of the primary flower, too. But this gives us a sense of the entire scene. Very pretty!

This is just gorgeous. The lighting is perfect. Excellent sharpness and colours. Nicely done. The cloning of the car is invisible.

How delicately the veins are showing on the petals. Marvellous play of early morning light. Wish you had avoided the trees at the backgroud by taking flowers in full frame.

gorgeous transparency, contrasts and capture of the light. point of view is just right. what a great job. background looks just right, too. Thanks for posting it -- very uplifting pic. regards, ck
