Hi Kevin,

I like the colors on the bird and putting the bird on the left while leaving some room in the viewing direction is also good. There is however also room for improvement:

I don't like the cut-off legs.
The feathers on the back are over exposed.
Very inportant: the eyes are not sharp (can be easily fixed with selective USM)

Here in Brazil, we don't have flamingos
then I cannot comment on as the other members
they are doing above.
