[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
These hibiscus and daisy blooms were shot at deMonye's Greenhouse in Columbus, Ohio at their annual 25-cent perennial sale. A group of Davesgarden.com members from our area met at the sale and then went to lunch at one member's house.

Since my plant budget was tight and my choice of plants was specific, I occupied much of my time taking pictures outside and in the greenhouse. The late-morning light was nicely diffused by the white roof of the section I was in, and I loved the richness of the colors in it.

Excelent photo, I like the texture of the flowers and their contrast with the dark background. I think it would look even better if all the background was dark, still it is a beautiful picture.

How absolutley wonderful, I really enjoy your wide use of DoF here Kimberley, the clarity and crispness of this shot is really stunning. The colours and textures are magnificent 10/10.
Very well done, a lovely composition!
