| The M/V American Republic downbound the cuyahoga river empty for more pellets at about 12 am CDT, the ball game ended about an hour before with the end of a fireworks display so there were alot of people still in the downtown area. It was great night, cool breeze off the lake and lots of racoons on the shores running from the spotlight |

Great nighttime shot of my hometown, Sam! I used to work at the salt mine on Whiskey Island years ago - saw lots of ships navigating their way up and down the "Twisted River." Did you use a tripod, or brace the camera somehow? I love the colors and the feeling of a vibrant, lively city. Well done!

nice shot sam..always like seeing the cities lit up at night....:o)
Hello Sam!
You know how I like those shots (^_^) . Well again I am proposing you a WS. (*_^) Hope you won't mind!
Neat shot with the searchlight helping the Master to view well the bow approaching the sharp curve. Funny impression here has the bridge seems to be too low to clear the Mast at the stern !
Cheers!
Robert
