American Goldfinch, aka Eastern Goldfinch & Wild Canary. They are migratory birds but I usually have some all year. One of the funest birds to watch eat since they can hang up-side down to eat. I use an up-side down thistle feeder. This one still has some of it's yellow summer color. Photo shot in late afternoon sun & cropped, PP in PSE 6.
