[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I was messing around with my camera durring an assignment i got from my digital imaging class.

it looks alot smoother in full resolution =/

i set the shutter speed to 3 seconds and moved the camera in order to make this shot.

hope you like it, I'd love feedback!

No idea what it is but I do like it. Gives me the idea to take my camera out at night and try to emulate the effect.
