The seashore Trolley museum in Kennebunkport was founded in 1939 with one open trolley car, No. 31 from the Biddeford & Saco Railroad Company. Over the years the Museum grow to be the premier electric railway museum in the world. Up to now, they gathered over 250 transit vehicles, most of them trolleys, from all over the United States, Canada, and many other countries like England and Italy. It is the oldest, and largest electric railway museum in the world and a very nice place to spend few hours with family (with a 6 km ride ;o)
We learned a lot about this transportation mode and it allows to some retired people to play the TROLLEY CONDUCTOR. On this picture, the two with the white shirts brought us back directly in 1940 by playing the role on their models when they were 10 yo ;o) ... for the 3rd one, the young man, it is only a summer job to amuse tourists...

Bravo!
Robert

Nice candid of a place that doesn't fit the American stereotype. It looks as if the photo was taken in Europe or somewhere.
Great Job.
