[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
With this shot I climbed down on the rocks and zoomed in some to eliminate the channel and the rocks before the channel. You're able to see more detail in the lighthouse with this shot than the previous two shots.

Some more facts: The tower is 41' tall and is 88' above the ocean. The red light flashes in 6 second intervals and can be seen for 13 miles.

Very good landscape picture. But I think it would have looked better if you would have cropped a bit on the left and showed more on the right. Just so we don't see part of the house and fence on the left. Other than that it's an excellent shot.

Good shot, great colours, and houses like in an ideal world, mean no destroy of usage and wheater. ;o)
I made a ws, just to cheer you, if it is OK.
Have a nice day, Dennis. (lovely name anyway, but since the film Out of Africa... hmmm)

Beautiful picture! Colour, clarity and sharpness are all good.
And your note is very informative thank you.
Liz

Where is it, Denis ? The colors are warmy and so much neat.
The contrary of the Boston street and another fine athmosphere. It looks like Scandinavia, we almost can feel the cold time, even looking spring

Just went back over some of your earlier work. And I wonder why this opens up so small. I see it is almost 200 Kb, so the compression must have gone wrong. A pity, this kind of landscape should open up wide I feel. It sure is a beautiful place.
