[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Sometimes we just don't know where to go.
I added a texture and two seagulls hoping it would put a little more drama into it. I hope it worked. This is part of a series of images of my town in economic decline. Since the introduction of the "global economics" scenes like this one are seen more often. I had to put a little more shine to the tracks but the truth is they are getting rusty due to lack of use.

I think there was no need to include anything else, including seagulls. Anyway, they do no harm either. The scene, the setting and the character are strong and expressive enough, including the very well chosen shade of sepia. Standing still on tracks in an old jacket, holding plastic bags, face wrinkled and in anger - the shot tells the story of resentment. Very nice work.

Very impressive work here. I think it tells a great story. Great job!!

Certainly sends a message...like a photo should

I'll be breif....Fantastic!

Ben.

I'm with Zorro II - The Legend Rides Again, save that I could have done without the addition (I suspect) of the birds.
Very strong image, with fabulous curving diagonals (That we have seen a few times before) but the inclusion of the weary bag-carrying lady makes it so much stronger.

I swear I saw this lady walking the streets of New Bedford the other day with a trash bag full of cans. Wonderful photo she would be thrilled if she saw this.

This is a masterpiece.
Stong and good in all aspects.
Great and wonderful work

The birds make me think of fighter planes coming in to attack!
Good shot Luis, excellent capture and PP work, well done.
