No wonder you wanted to capture this!
The maple tree is demonstrating an explosion of orange, red and yellow colour tones!
I think you were right to centralise this shot.
It would not have had the same effect off-centre.
Nice composition and complementary framing.

Beautiful capture of this lovely tree showing autumn colors at its best, Julie!
The sharpness and POV are perfect and the DOF is very well managed. The green grass in the FG gives great contrast to this bright colored tree.

Striking warm cold color contrasts between the orange foliage & the blue sky. Good sharpness & I like the optical illusion of the tree appearing to be submerged below the horizon line. Tfs!

Another great autumn capture; I like the effect of the additional saturation which really brings out the flaming fall colors. The tree seems to be bursting out of the ground. Very warm, sunny feel. Well done.

Wonderful capture of the blazing colors of the maple tree. The low POV and hilltop make it look almost like a bush. I agree that the central placement is appropriate here because of the size of the tree. Very sharp, with beautiful colors. TFS
