A relaxing and soothing image. Fine reflection and sharpness you have achieved, there is good depth. Composition wise, I would prefer to see your husband entering the frame as opposed to leaving...a minor nitpick. Wishing you well. Regards.

So no fresh trout for dinner? I like the title to this photo since it really is an art one needs to master. I haven't done it for a long time, but enjoy flyfishing a lot. I like the composition and the beautiful area you are in. The photo is a bit hot on exposure causing several areas to loose their details. It is best to use a CP filter with this kind of light and reflective areas.

Great vivid colors in this capture.
A very peaceful and relaxing place to fish from a boat in this green environment.
Great lighting and sharpness.
A nice reflection on the water gives impact to the composition.

This is obviously not Pittsburg PA! A wonderful tranquil lakeside scene of the fisherman, with good color, sharpness, framing & saturation. The bg cabin looks like an idyllic place to spend a weekend! Tfs!

Looks like a nice, peaceful place to enjoy a few hours of fishing. The colors and reflections make for a nice capture. Now if we can just get your husband to move 5 - 6' to his left, the composition will be perfect ;))
