Hi,Jeremy! Very nice B/W picture! Well idea and atmosphere! Regards! Yuri

great composition and line work here...especially with lines coming from every which way...although i really like the stark contrast of b&w here...i think the shot it a little overexposed and thus you have lost the detail of the water on the table top...much better than a beginner shot in my opinion...peace***

Perfect compo

good experiment.

I like this in BW, with the sparse grainy look and a good depth of field

well shot:D

Pretty good job at it, Jeremy. Janos

The contrast here is amazing. I understand the comment about the over-exposure, but I can't say I agree. Yes, top right is pretty blown out, but it works, and you don't really have a choice. Bringing detail out up there would mean under-exposing the lower left or dropping the amazing contrast. The high and hard contrast makes this a "striking" photograph. I like it. The blown out top right really exaggerates the depth of field, I think it works...

It's a great experiment with shapes and light Jeremy, very good work, I love all the lines and curves and the black and white is really suited to it. Good work.
I've done a quick workshop just levelling the table, upping contrast just a little higher and popping a simple frame round it, just for comparison cos it's a great shot to work with.
TFS, Neil.

This sure is a different view! Very effectful and interesting photo.

I like this photo!I am crazy about B&W and lines, but i like when lines which should be straight are straight (table and chair). anyway, effect is realy nice :o) Maya
