[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This was an experimental photo, because the sun behind this church was brilliant and so I took a chance and made the shot. I did one with a flash, and one without. This is the one without. We attended Mass and then sat outside and took in the sights for a while!
Hope you like it!
Linda

Hi Linda! It's very challenging to take a photo of this church because of its height and the tall buildings around it, plus the traffic. Good decision on the worm's eye view. I can see some jpeg compression smudges on my monitor. Very nice tone.
Cheers!
Freddie :)

I do like it Linda, very much. You have captured the lovley detail of the architecture. I like the POV use giving such a great sky line. Love the blue of the sky. There is a neat feel to it that I can’t put into words. Well done.
Warm Regards
Wanda

Good Morning Linda,

You have done a beautiful expriment here, from which I can take inspiration. The luminosity on the church building is interesting and besides the church a new architecture is creating a contemporary mood. Excellent sky with sun on the top. Excellent shot, well done my friend.

Thanks for sharing this image.

I love the architecture of this Cathedral Linda, and you have
given it your unqiue POV here and presentation.
Creating a mood even in the daytime.
Great shot!

Hi Linda,
Your POV shows the heavenly intent of this great cathedral's architect when he designed this fine edifice. The vivid blue sky gives this image a wonderful sense of hope.

Hello Linda,
I'll say you've got good result.
The sun is not OE and looks nice thru the tree.

Hello Linda
This POV really make the church look just a tad spooky or intimidating! Love the addition of the tree... and very, VERY good job shooting towards the sun...

Enjoy your wedding

Tricia

Hi Linda, great POV for a splendid cathedral, fascinating composition with wonderful light, very well done, ciao Silvio

Hi Linda, good contrast in this image. I battle getting some of our churches but this cathedral would be far taller so the POV is fine. The marks Freddie referred to can be almost eliminated by using the magic wand, selecting areas of the sky and applying digital camera noise removal (noise 50, blend 70). TFS,
David
