Hi Donald, it does get that way, I was nodding off on the chair waiting for the new day/year to arrive, but it was worth it to see the firework displays as the new year came in. Firework shots are quite difficult (I know!!), but I think you captured this just right as the explosion happened and the sparks flew out.
