This photo was taken from the viewing deck in Niagara. Was lucky to get the rainbow at the right spot.

Post processing:
1 . Enhance the saturation level to get the rainbow looking good.
2. Adjusted contrast level & curves to remove the foggy appearance.

i think saturation is too much to a point that it looks a bit unnatural.
