This is my contribution to the "Dancing" theme. I had a fun time watching the water race toward the falls. If you fall in the water at this point, my friend, it's over. There is no coming back from this point. But the water doesn't seem to mind!
This shot was done in HDR. 5 different processes of the same pic.. I am still trying to learn HDR, but I find it fascinating. Hope you all have a great weekend.

Tomorrow morning I hop on the motorcycle and ride with a group to benefit victims of domestic violence. Not sure how many motorcyclists there will be, but I'm going with friends.

So have a good one!
B-)

Another wonderful job o n the HDR. Linda. I like the depth it gives to the image and the colours are wonderful. The little bird is a perfect inclusion. Does look cold though, as I am sure it was at that time of year. Well done and nice idea for the theme.
Warm Regards
Wanda

Hi Linda,

I love the backdrop here, it's like steam rising and the buildings look great silhouetted against that sky.

Download the new beta version 3.1 of photomatix pro then try taking between 3 and 5 images at 1 stop intervals then into the software, you will have a ball.

The beta version is free to try, probably for a few months www.hdrsoft.com

HI Linda
Going over the falls in a barrell is also a point of no return, yet there is always someone wanting to give it a try.
Good job on the hdr, I love how the water color, making it more realistic.

You are "rocking" the HDR girlfriend! Very nice golden tones in the photo. Nice mist on the river as well as the skyline. Nice of that bird to fly through....:D

Great job Linda.

Wish I could go on the motorcycle ride with you guys. We have purple ribbons all around our local courthouse showing those that have been effected. Sad, sad, sad.... Lisa

Hi Linda,
I love the way that you capture that moving water. The hard contrast and the result of your processing worth the effort. Good manage of the luminosity with an effective composition; TFS,
