[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Some bicyclists were riding near the Lilac Festival and I thought it was an interesting photo. It definitely made for a colorful ride for them among the lilacs which were not yet at their peak.

I cropped the photo and cloned out the curb to make it look less urban and more rural.
