Blue Lilac

| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
A blue lilac, named President Lincoln, from the Lilac Festival.
PRESIDENT LINCOLN Lilac Plant
Syringa Vulgaris
Midseason blooms of blue.
Fabulous scent. Mature height twelve to fifteen foot.
The President Lincoln Lilac is a fast and large growing shrub. It has large heart shaped leaves. The flowers are orchid in bud opening to a beautiful Wedgwood blue. The fragrance is true Old Fashion with a spicy edge. Most Vulgaris Lilac bushes can reach a natural height of twelve to fifteen feet.
I resized, ran the photo through Neat Image to soften the lines, pasted it back into the original to retain the photo information and sharpened slightly, added a signature.
I hope you enjoy it. |
