[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Penn's Landing at 11 pm in winter. I caught someone creeping up on me while I was taking this. In that kind of a situation you just have to stare at the person until they go away. Of course if he had had a gun, it would have been game over.
Another odd thing about this photo is that the lights on the horizon below the bridge (next to the water tower like structure) is actually a prison. Which makes me wonder if the prisoners like to look up at the bridge at night and think of escape. Hehe
