Hi Erbil
Sorry that I can't be more positive about this one - it's a sweet subject, but there are a few issues with this.
One is what appears to be camera-shake, this isn't as sharp or defined as it should be; using zoom without tripod is a recipe for that kind of problem.
You could have compensated with a faster shutter speed, there's slight overexposure on her jacket and hair-band.
The other issue is composition/crop. Your subject's eyes are in the very middle of the frame, which is about the worst place they could be in terms of interesting composition. A tighter crop at either side and from above would address that balance and quickly improve the shot.
The random handle on the left of the shot, too, seems an unnecessary detail - I don't quite know why you have chosen to include it in the photograph?
Again, my apologies for such a negative critique, but there is always something positive to take away from it - good luck with your next portrait!
