[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Modern Urbanism, a skyscraper searching for light.

Image took from the Independence Visitor Center, as our group was awaiting to board the City Tour bus. The morning was grey serving well me on this shot. No heavy reflections on the building windows.

Technically: Time : 09:03 Am . From Ground zero , on 6th Street South, looking up. Selected the center building, Inversed the selection. Desaturated the zone. to enhance the idea of the title. Filtered noise with neat Image, Resized , framed.

Nice geometric shot Robert. Great angles, shapes, lines, reflections, shadows ... it appears to be desaturated (is it?) but the color in the windows of the distant building draw the eye to the back of the shot. I might have cropped down just a little lower from the top.

Hmmm...if buildings have personalities, it looks like there is one rather optomistic building here amongst some brooding ones. Even under grey skies there can be room for some hope:) Good subject and well handled, with the desaturation creating a powerful impression. Well done!

For some raison your work doesnt get the attention it deserves Robert.
Like this one is a very well chosen piece of architecture ,nearly B&W,fine vieuw and presented and framed in style.
A good overall result.
