[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This is Cooper the new member of our family. He is a coon hound mix and is about eight weeks old and 6 lbs. in this picture. For some of the Tl members who have seen our other dog Honey she is still doing fine and getting along well. Technically this isn't the best portrait accept for a clear shot of his face but I have to take what I can get, he has a lot of enegy. As he grows I will post more and more of him.

Ah yes, this is the puppy you told me about ;o). Well, as you said Dennis, technically it's not the best possible portrait - except for Cooper's face which is terribly sharp, and has a lovely expression. I'm looking forward to more shots of him - and Honey too, of course. Preferrably outside, from their own level and... without leash (my "secrets" for doggy pics). And if Cooper's giving you a hard time because of his energy, try small blocks of young cheese (as soon as the vet says that's ok, of course) ;o)
TFS. And... all the best for your new family member.

Congratulations for you new Buddy and 200th photo!

No offence Dennis, but technically , you submit better photos on TL ( lol !).

Indeed, shooting Cooper directly from ground zero (LOL!) and outside would have provided you better light and background.

There is a lot of potential in this cute little hound dog ! I worked a small WS. But I can't post it today. It will follow tomorrow.

Hopefully you will like it.
Take care!

Will you train him for hunting ?
