[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I titled this one red and yellow for the filters that were used. I tried a little test, I afixed a red #25 and yellow y-2 to the lens and shot away and this is the result. The rose was originally red in color. I set the lens to 80mm macro.

PP: scanned from Kodak black and white 400, sharpened and resized for TL.

Hmmm... Dennis.. Thats a beautiful rose and U clicked in the right angle.. I like the crispness and the color mix... The notes are very informative.. I think U could have increased the saturation a bit and see the difference! Thanks for sharing :)

Take care...
- Hima.

excellent dof Dennis, the use of the filters did bring out the grey scale but I think it could use just a little more contrast, nice angle thoug !!

It is an interesting mixture but it needs a little sharpening . Jim

Sorry about the points I am empty, next time.

Hi Dennis,
Nice shot! Good close up with good focus and detail. I'm impressed by your mixing of the camera filters. It did you good. A while back, I used a yellow filter, by itself for some b&w shots...I got mixed results... You did good work!
Richard
