Took this shot walking along side of the road at the bank of Lake Redman. It shows the rocks gradually getting deeper in the water and drifting away. I converted to black and white using the channel mixer, 27-36-37. Sharpened and resized for TL.

Hi Dennis,
Boy, you were literal on this. This is shallow...and dirty. I have to ask...are the rocks white from the channel mixer or are we talking bird poop? Anyhow, nice b&w conversion. Nice shot.
Take care.
Richard

Hi Dennis.
This is kind of a strange photo. Unusual Composition but I like the way you play with the shadows. It's great.
Congratulations.

Why did you convert to black and white? I think it shows even less than it did it colour. As a photo of very little I find it quite original though. I tried to flip it 180 degrees. Interesting. That shows it must have some attraction I guess.

Hi Dennis,

Yep, interesting, well done on the composition. You did well with the conversion.
A tad much on the rocks, a little less needed there.
Excellent work.

Mike

Very nice one Dennis, I love it. It looks like smog over the rocks, a very good shot!
Best regards
Guy
