[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Taken inside at the convention center in Providence, a group called "Artistic Impressions" created this sculpture out of sand. This was one side of it. I was amazed at the details and really enjoyed their masterpiece. The lighting was a bit tricky as the flash was too strong to really capture the details so I used their indoor light and added fill in PP.

PP: cloned out bg people/objects, used paint brush on the track lights, resized, increased contrast, fill light, framed.

Hi Julie,
Very nice shot. You have really capture this well with lots of good detail. Did you use a tripod?
Well done,
Ben

Julie,
Perhaps one step backward might have allowed you to capture the top here. The Black BG and the detail in this image is superb. The shadows are also nicely captured. I always like shots of artwork of this nature. Well done,
Scott

Hi Julie,

Your Mr. Giraffe and the advice you gave me, helped me to get started on TL. Thank you for that.
Love this sculpture. Every year on the beach in Scheveningen in May a group of people make sculptures like this one and it's really amazing. Love the way you managed to capture it.

Hello Julie
Moments like these, it is necessary to take advantage of them, because they do not return.
The sand sculpture is very original and unique, it pleases to me as it contrasts with the dark bottom, the clearness and very realistic definition, perfect frame. Excellent.
John

Superb photo which has really brought out the best in the subject - the level of detail you've captured is great
Thanks for sharing
