[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This was SO not a beach day...

In April our schools give the kids a week off for spring vacation. It was going to be a nice day so I packed up the kids and our cooler to have lunch at the beach.. Not so much a good beach day.. We did make the best of it.. Ate a nice lunch in the car then headed home....


I tried to make it more dark imo to make it seem more cold? If I could change something it would be Sara's flip flops.. I would have her take them off for the photo!

Hi, Tricia. Looks like a day in Puget Sound which is home for me. Nice capture from a photographic POV with the girl feeling the cold weather. I lke the perspective and the seagulls. Good composition and an informative note. Cheers and TFS.

I love it! It's moody! Very sad to let summer go, her turning away from the camera is good. Yeah, would love to see her in a flowing white dress, that would be more "romantic" I think.... you really could work a fantasy type photo from that! Looks VERY cold!

I live near to the sea and I know that a beach project with pic-nic can turn quickly! You make me smile with the lunch in the car. I did it many time! :)
