Sorry, more horse photos...:o) Be prepared I have a few more! These guys were very intent on watching my daughter get their hay out of the barn! I focused in on chunky the cute little Morgan. Patrick is the Belgian in the back who is waiting for some snow to fall so he can start pulling the sleigh. :o)
Thanks for visiting my gallery and for your comments on my photos.:o)
Donna :o)

Sharpened the image, added a border and a title.

This one works very well, the composition with the two horses holding their heads the same way and obviously focussed on something is very effective. My only criticism here is that it's a pity you couldn't have used a smaller aperture setting so that both horses would have been in crisp focus. Nice photo!

a lovely double portrait, Donna, thanx, M, (*_*)

Great photo Donna, beautiful horses, the one in the left is a bit blur, but nice work.

Wonderful shot, with both horses in unisom.
Very well captured, good details and very nice POV.

Hello Donna,
Yes I knew it!
They see food, the smiles tell everything I need to know...
Great double portrait!
Maybe the left side horse is a bit soft but then it is hard to get a wider DOF handheld... Did you try flash?
Greetings,
Pablo

Beautiful horses portrait. Excellent framing, nice colours. Touching expressions. Very nice, I love it.

Hi Donna,

Horses are beautiful animals and I really like your portrait of these two. It's a very nice composition, good colours and framing.
And you can see in their eyes they are waiting for something (catchy title...) :-)
Great capture!
TFS

Greetings, Nel

Hi Donna, looking at comments others have made it would seem that they did not read the notes. You stated quite clearly that you had focused on Chunky. I like it, but then coming from a farming background I guess I would have to. Lovely pose, good colour and nicely framed. TFS,
David

Many thanks for your comment on ' Free Settlers’

I haven't run out of photos by a long shot, 7500 from this year and I can always go back to the previous 2 years and a further 13,000 :)

Hi Donna,
I can see from your pictures that you like horses. I don't blame you, they are such pretty animals. Especially the horses that you have here. I love the frame that you put on this picture. Very very well done. TFS
Mandie

Hello Donna!

Cool composition and nice timing catching both looking in the same direction ( Probably coming at the lunch coming *_^ ). Good colors and framing.

A wider DOF would have been good here too to capture both heads in focus with a slower speed. But it was pretty dark , it could have been difficult, to avoid movements.
Cheers!
Robert
