Yep, Vermont had all the rain that everyone else in North America was having prior to my arrival there and something about horses they Love rolling in the mud! Strider seemed to be the worst( chestnut or brown..:o) Montana the paint must not like to roll as he sure could of looked nasty with all that white covered in mud...:o)
These are the 3 senior citizens on the farm they are well taken care of though as my daughter sees to it! :o)
Thanks for visting my gallery and for your comments on my photos.

I did lighten up the photo a bit , removed the noise and sharpened it up after resizing.

Hi Donna....
Great capture... the Seniors!! Very nice..
I love the way only 2 are looking! :)
Mud its been crazy! Dirty horses
Enjoy your Sunday! :)

Tricia

Lovely horses :) I guess this is classical composition of 3 used by many painters in 19-20 centuries, on classical background.

Beautiful capture of this trio Donna. I did a workshop to bring out the details of the black horse. Hope you don't mind.

Regards,
Joe

Hi Donna,
Yes, you're right, that chestnut is definitely wearing a guilty expression along with all that mud!
Nice composition with the abundance of vertical lines in the background and the horizontal rails in the foreground.
All the best,
Karen

Hi Donna,
they look guilty ;-). Very nice composition, great POV and very nice placement of your subjects. Good details and natural colors.
