[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Going along with the other posts I've made recently. Here are a couple of the horses that my daughter was working so hard to feed. This is Patrick and Chunky, you may remember them from some photos I took last fall of them. Patrick is a Belgian and Chunky looks to be a Morgan or at least a cross of some type. The snow was indeed falling and before it was over we would have another 2' on top of the 3' that was already on the ground. Feeding horses is a pretty hard job in the winter after struggling to break up water buckets and hauling hay out, fixing buried fences, cleaning out frozen stalls, you go home then come back and do it all again later that evening! Hard work when you don't have access to actually use them in the winter. They are for sure beautiful animals, the big ol pine trees in the background were being covered with snow, the ravens were the only sound we heard except for the sound of hay being munched!

What a unique photo, Excellent compostion from low angle, Horses is looing great and attractive, The tall trees in background is also look good. I also like the overall snow atmoshphere.

Hi Donna,
wonderfull, it emanates from this scene, a feeling of calms, serenity. It's magic. I like much this barrier of trees in the second plan, the snowflakes are very well integrated and its two horses adds the life to your photography.

A beautiful winter scene has been taken in this frame. Everywhere is white and colorful horses are adding life to the perspective. Fine details and good sharp image. Well done.
