Hi Dot,is this the last posting for 2008 or at TL? I hope 2008.
I think this image is very appropriate for the end of a year
especially one like we have just had,it cetainly is a bit unclear what is around the corner taking us into 2009,lets hope it brings some good news & stabilty to us all.

Hi Dot,
Shot through your windshield i believe but as i often experiment this for a quick and secure capture( fog or not ) i also get the sensation of an even foggier scene here than the normal 'in the open ' visibility , not that it takes away the clarity of the actual scene but rather reinforces the foggy condition somewhat. I sense that you wanted to get the person's reflection in the puddle too ,

this S shape road induces us to go into white foggy world,
the morning fog is quite like a magician who changes common view to mysterious and fantstic white space indeed.

i have picture like this too, Dot.. with curved road.. but mind cannot be seen from far because of the heavy fog..

oh i just like shot like this.. leafless trees left and right, foggy and there is a person enjoying her walk.. well done.. absolutely stunning..

on dirait un Noir et Blanc; mais non ce n'est que l'oeuvre de la brume...
j'aime la composition de l'image avec les courbes de la route, l'embranchement vers la gauche qui nous apelle et cette dame en rouge idéallement placée qet qui avance comme si de rien n'était comme si ce n'était pas grandiose,et parcequ'il faut bien avancer si on ne veut pas geler!

Bonjour Dot,

Belle image pleine de "mood". Le quasi "monochromisme" fait bien ressortir le sujet pricipal qui est en couleur. La compostion est bien équilibré selon la règle des 1/3 (personne 1/3 gauche en bas et fin de la route 1/3 droit en haut), le cheminqui fait une belle courbe en S. Bref une belle capture. bravo
