[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
During a hike a Mount Mansfield in fall of 2005, we limited ourselves to only two pictures of fallen leaves. The reasons for this were:

1- At some point, the primary objective was still to reach the summit!
2- There were sooo many beautiful colours on the ground that we couldn't possibly take pictures of everyone of them.

So this is what I came up with when I saw the red one sitting on top of the green.

good composition, the green and red worked very well, even not beeing complementary colours. all attention goes to the fer leaf, that's great! nice work

I like to see autumn colors with evergreen trees always. So this is one of them, well seen and well taken. Nice shot..

I've been literally staring at this photo for a few minutes now... It's just so amazing - that red colour on top of that dark green. Great shot!!

I love it! The water droplets on the leaves make it even better as well...Awesome shot! ( on a different subject, my daughter and her boyfriend live in Stowe! Hike up that mountain alot! ) Its is Beautiful!
