[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This photo was retrieved from my archives. I've always loved it and wanted to share it. I owned a business for 12 years in Vermont, a Tack Shop. This was one of my customers. Her name is Birgit Ostergaard. She and her Husband, Gunnar lived down the road from me in Vermont. My Daughter worked at their barn a few summers. The photo was taken at the Spring Central Vermont Dressage Assocation Show where she would take her horses to warm them up for the United States Dressage Assocation shows. I always loved this horse "Jumbo" , Dutch Warmblood of great size. He was doing really well but unfortuntaly was injured somehow and I don't believe hes competing any longer. The photo was taken with my old camera , I used Corel Paint Shop to add a border and soften up the image a bit. I like its classic look . Hope you enjoy it to.

Hello Donna !

Excellent POV and profile of this young lady. May I suggest you a little WS to take away to second rider of its back (^_^) and the cars in the BG. I will need to post it tomorrow as my daily limit is reached.... Give a bit more room too to the legs. It is just a bit tooo squeezed in your frame.

Keep on the good work !
Robert

Hi Donna,

It seems you and Robert did the same thing :). Excellent artwork which has made the image look even older than it is. Grand colours, lovely movement of the horse captured well. TFS,
David

Ahoy to Donna from over the Ocean ...^_^
Donna my dear.. as a 'horseman' myself this pumps up the blood a little faster. The 'sit' of the Lady is acording the book..streight back.. chin up..position of under arm.. all super. ( just a little to much PP) Geat shot and a superb horse! Bye and TFS

Hello Donna,
I like the effect that you has given to the image. The soft blurred works very well, as the colors and BG landscape. Only need a little bit of space on top and below, but´s only an opinion.
Best regards
Hernán
