[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Lower Manhattan, New York City. Actually this is my favorite picture. I hoped to make this picture when I was thinkin' about making a helicopterflight. Folks, if you ever go to New York, try to book such a flight.It's awesome!

It was a bit hazy, so I corrected the photo alittle bit with the Fade Correction option in PaintShop Pro, version 8

PS I forgot to adjust the time of my camera. So the time you see is Dutch time. This picture was taken at 10:54 New York local time

Super shot, everything is so sharp and detailed, plus the fact it was taken from the air you give us a glimpse of the horizon against a very cooperative sky. Picture post card material.

I believe that everyone should see NY at least once in their lives. This view is wonderful. You certainly have made a travel post card. I can certainly understand why it is one of your favorites.

Great motive - and a wonderful effect like the rest of the town in a grey fog disappears - depth gives to the picture

Great view of Lower Manhattan - nice and sharp, well saturated and good contrast.. Nice postcard framing too..

I would level the horizon though! Definitely shouldn't be tilting like this, especially in a postcard.

Een prachtige foto Marcel... Heel mooi!
De luchtvervuiling is hier heel erg goed te zien.... eigenlijk iets om een beetje bang van te worden.

Maar goed, het is en blijft een heel mooie foto. Eentje die niet snel op een site als TL verschijnt....
