Little did we know that while we were out at Joe Wheeler state park, the Bass Masters Classic fishing tournament was several miles east of us on the same lake. In our portion, this was the most action we saw - no obscenely fast bass boats, no crowds, no weigh-ins; just a sailboat, some good light, and lovely clouds.
This shot required a little bit of work due to the contrast in the scene. All edits were done in Lightroom 2.
* 2 graduated filters - 1 for the sky and 1 for the trees
* saturated the blues a little bit to emphasize the sky
* clipped the blacks and boosted contrast a little
* added clarity, saturation, vibrancy, and a vignette. |
