Welcome to TrekLens.
I think this is a wonderful photo but one small detail I would change. I would have cloned out the tree branch above the spire of the capitol building. Normally, I would encourage natural framing but in this case there is so little, it doesn't work well. Other than that, you have composed this photo wonderfully. It's nice to see this!
