[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Taken about 1/2 hour before sunset looking west, into the sunset, up the Potomac River from the Key Bridge in Washington DC. A beautiful evening for a group photowalk!

Cropped out the blown highlights at the top of the image, adjusted exposure, saturation, and applied warming filter (wish I had my ND gradient filter with me).

Bill,

I really like this photo. As I write this I am wondering if Rew would agree with me that this is an acceptable situation for centering a subject. I love the symmetry and the patterns made by the wake.

It is also interesting to see the different textures of water above (in front of) the boat—is that indicative of different elevations of water?
