[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This is a photo I took of Zoe a few days before the worldwide photo walk in Georgetown. We went early to scope out the route we would take.

Zoe is so patient with me and willing to let me take as many photos of her as I want. What a blessing she is.

Critiques [Translate]

I've come back several times to this photo, Michael, but it took me some time to come to conclusions.

There are things I like, such as the interaction between the rigid lines of the architectural setting and the more, let's say "curved" (or should I simply say "human") lines of Zoe.

What I like less:
- the quite predominant background, i.e. the windows behind Zoe, that prevent her from really popping out. Of course, you can't change that fundamental aspect of your setting;
- the fact that the foreground area (with the three tubes) looks sharper than the middle area, where we can see Zoe.

Just my personal opinion, of course, but I like this kind of portrait "experiments" and, as you know: feel free to (dis)agree ;o).

TFS & kind regards,
Erik
