This Pelican was part of the greedy pelicans fighting each other on the pier. trying to catch the fish people catch. But it is a nice birds to take picture of.

Excellent clarity and sharpness Stephane. The tilt in the horizon is slightly distracting but that's a minor point. Overall I think you have a very nice capture here.

Hi Stephane
I like the photograph of this pelican you have good detail even in the white feathers of the bird. You have however left your horizon slightly off the level. I have done a simple workshop to correct this I hope you find this useful.

This is fantastic! I have chased pelicans all over the lake front here and have yet to capture a good shot of them, what the secret to getting one to sit and pose for you? They always fly away from me!
