~So Many Ways.....~

to get there, while time seemingly moves without alteration.
So many doors to look into and out of!
Reckognize the need(eventually for all in there own time) to find the doorway out of illusion.

A collage of five images put together and manipulated into this imagery. Some images were taken with the Canon S1 IS and the background with the earth tone sides was taken at Paynes Prairie in Ocala, Florida with the Canon 20D.
This was a design for my music site and wanted to share it with TL and see what some thoughts were on this piece.
Wow, its been a month or so since posting any images. Finally had to get my fix. Still here!
Thank You,

~Michael~

pp-would not really know where to start with the post on this piece. Pieces flipped on each other, selection, erasing and layer modes. Neat image and USM combined.

I recognize the door shots from a while back. Great design, it really looks like you are about to step into a different reality. Before I was reading your text I thought, wouldn't it be cool if on a webpage on could click the clock (the coffee machine clock ?) and move it back and forth over the smaller 'doors'.

Great to see your post, different but wonderful.

M.H.

Great montage Michael. I like the combination of colours, the overall brightness and the clock in the middle.
To me, seems that everything depends on time. Time to this time to that, the time of your life, lifetime... Maybe I am (as many people) a bit obcessed with time and somehow, your image shows me exactly that. The middle panel reminds me of those sci-fi movies when the guy is seen some otehr dimention, or timetravelling.

I think it's a great piece.

Take care, Stef :))

Well, maybe i'm REALLy "time freak", but I really like this side of the image.

hello Michael,
One says that all the ways lead to Rome, lately I borrowed some several and it is not in Rome that I ended. Every night in my relievings my spirit leaves towards other worlds where one meets groups of people discussing calmly, or playing a play, but each time I see very little world and I say myself, it must still y have other ways, it will be for the next night. These various ways are terribly interesting and instructive because they lead us towards the place where one must smell oneself well. Your assembly is a success friendships,
JP

whaoh. That's cool! Very "twilight zone" looking. I particularly like the bottom center part. Cool post processing. JP

Multiple images within an image and so many things to look at and to discover. I really like the golden background. Actually I am wondering if it would have been better to leave it all golden instead of adding the white tunnel but then again the white is very sci-fi and gives me the impression that you have just materialised in the middle of the picture - beam me up Scotty. I also really like the band at the top with yourself in different postures at the door. Very artistic & creative. Excellent!

P.S. Always good to see one of your pictures as they always make me think and are always challenging which is important.

Hi Michael, Amazing & Extraordinary! Visual of entering "Time Zone". The texture simply extract the mood & i like the blue light glow on you. Impressive work of Illusion!

Hi Michael,

This is a great montage!
You've combined the 5 photos so well together and make it look so normal, like one photo only! I like the vivid colours here, as make the photo's meaning more obvious and intense. Very well done!!!

A perfect post for a music site, Michael. Excellent blending of different pictures. I especially like the colours here, and the poses of the man you include nearly everywhere.
The clock on top is a nice plus for the shot, not in the least because of its colour.
Cool.

fantastic kompo and pp.
I like it !!

Woooh Michael, an other great result, fantastic, I like it very much.

Kind of weird to see this picture after just having watched the final episode of "Taken" ;-)
Good patchwork with a surreal feel.
Time being fluid, and yes so many (res)po(n)ssibilities to take or leave...
That idea of Marleen about the clock moving over the figures is useful IMO...
