[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I have one day and one night stop-over in Fort Lauderdale before boarding the cruiseship that will take me to the Southern Caribbean and the Amazon River. There was not much to do so I took pictures from the window of my hotel and this is one of it.

This shot was taken from my hotel room looking down on the parking structure adjacent to the hotel. It was in the morning before breakfast.

Fort Lauderdale, is known as the "Venice of America" due to its expansive and intricate canal system. It is a city located in Broward County, Florida, United States.

Well done spotting the potential for a good final image out of a parking lot. No way I would have thought of this.

Hi Andre- very creative idea- great lines with the cars and their shadows- I like the contrast between the color and the BW- very nice way to bring some added interest in to the shot! Well done and welcome back my friend!

Good image I like the play of the shadows along with the contrast of the colour and B&W theme. These look like all the same two type of vehicles, just different colours? Is that possible?

like the photo, simple but well composed.
Good POV with diagonal line, the shadows look to me like statues.
