[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This is an attempt at trying to make something of a blurry shot. I had the f-stop way too high given the lighting and the 1/100th of a sec shutter speed was just way too slow to stop the action. Especially since there was so little time to react to get the shot...

In any case I loved the composition of the photo so I processed the it as I would normally in Nikon Image Capture, adjusting the color balance, sharpness and saturation. Then in Photoshop I fiddled with the "cutout" filter until I got a result I liked. A little more tweaking with the color balance to enhance the blue tone and it was done.

Nice job. I like your composition, you save that picture well. Great colors

I've looked at this for a while now and my first thought was I didn't like the photoshop effect but it's actually grown on me now. It looks funky and fresh. Well done.
