Hi Julie

A lot of these singers probably have no idea of the domino effect that their music has on casual listeners. Good use of a shallow dof and a good exposure. These indoor shots are never easy. Tfs!

Though the microphone looks a tad sharper than the singer, I like the intensity of this portrait, Julie. I can almost hear him sing and breathe!
Perfect timing, good use of the zoom, effective framing and harmonious color palette.

Hello dear julie.
Great performed picture aswell. His emotion says it all.
Reminds me of my colleague in Dubai (from client Fluor Houston), he really looks like him, a good country and western singer and gitar player. Good memory on that guy.

Julie, I agree with one of the previous critiques that the main focal point is on the microphone rather than on the face. That is definitely attributed to the focus while using the fully automatic mode of your camera. Next time use the manual focus format and concentrate on the eyes of the subject. You will have a much more and well composed overall subject.
