[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
There were about 16 balloons that took off at sun rise. It was a real thrill to see. This was a difficult shoot for me because it started before sun rise. The low light was a real challenge. I have darken the background and lighten the balloons

I am impressed with the colours Jeff and your camera does a wonderful job at 400 ISO with virtually no noise. It is well composed picture and I also like your choice of border. Bright and catchy.
