| This was one of the many beautiful flowers in an arrangement from my husband on my birthday earlier this year. I cropped just this one tulip, and then used the paint daubs filter to make it appear painted. I used the simple brush and just adjusted everything slightly. This is my first attempt at something such as this. I'd love some thoughts on how I did! |

I think your idea is great and the painted flower looks very nice, but I don't like the colour of the frame and the white daub effects around the edge of the flower. Nice composition and very good effort.
PS I have made a workshop to take out the white daubt, change the colour of the frame and enlarge it a bit. Hope you like it.

It looks very like a painting tableau.
That kind of treatement gives a very nice effect with beautiful colours.

This is more a pictyre than a photo. I can see easily this blown up and framed to be put ona wall.
